Reincarnated from its South Wharf location Alumbra has brought its trademark global essence to Central Pier. An international venue fusing rich Middle Eastern and European influences, Alumbra was designed for people looking to escape the everyday.

Situated at the end of Central Pier’s historic runway and housed in a 1914 heritage-listed cargo shed, Alumbra is an authentic warehouse conversion with an opulent penthouse feel.

A destination venue to be discovered and explored, Alumbra is surrounded on three sides by water and offers 360-degree views of the Docklands precinct, Bolte Bridge and city skyline - making its heated outdoor deck the perfect place to sit and watch the sun go down.

Modular in design with a host of intimate spaces to uncover, Alumbra can accommodate up to 700 people across the main bar, function space and lounge-style mezzanine Privé, which offers table service, bottle storage and supper until 3am.
